In 2022, an apartment in my building became vacant, and my landlord asked me to help find a tenant. Although the opportunity passed, it revealed a familiar problem: landlords often struggle to reach serious renters and buyers without relying on agents.

Fast forward to 2026. After spending two exhausting weeks viewing five properties while searching for a new office, I had an aha moment: what if people could explore properties through detailed 360-degree videos, speak directly with landlords, and only arrange a live-video or physical inspection when genuinely interested?

That idea became Cotakeover—a verified, video-first marketplace where landlords can list properties and connect directly with serious buyers and renters. Property seekers can skip middlemen, explore properties remotely, and book inspections with landlords when ready. Backed by more than 15 years of software engineering experience, Cotakeover was built to make finding and marketing property simpler, more transparent, and more direct.
